The Harpazo and the Consequences of Missing It

The trumpet is about to sound. The sky is about to split. The King is coming to gather His Bride. And when that moment happens—in the twinkling of an eye—it will be too late to decide. The Harpazo, the Rapture of the Church, is not a theological theory. It is a guaranteed promise written in Scripture, whispered by the Spirit, and thundered across the heavens. And it is imminent.

“Do not let your heart be troubled; believe in God, believe also in Me. In My Father’s house are many dwelling places; if it were not so, I would have told you; for I go to prepare a place for you. If I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself, that where I am, there you may be also." John 14:1-3

Jesus is coming to take His Bride. But He is also coming to take back His Name—from the imposters, the apostates, and the religious systems that have misrepresented Him, especially the Mormon church.

"Whatever you do in word or deed, do all in THE NAME of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks through Him to God the Father." Colossians 3:17

This article is a trumpet blast. A wake-up call. A final plea to every soul still trapped in deception—particularly our Mormon neighbors, friends, and family members: If you worship a false Jesus, you will miss the Rapture. If you are not saved by grace through faith, but are trusting in works, rituals, or temple ordinances, you are not ready for the Harpazo. And the consequence of missing it is unimaginable.

“Because you have kept My word of perseverance, I also will keep you from the hour of the testing, that hour which is about to come upon the whole world, to test those who live on the earth.” Revelation 3:10

The hour of testing is the Great Tribulation. A time of wrath. A time of horror. A time when the restraining force of God’s Grace and the Holy Spirit will be removed, and evil will run unrestrained across the earth. Those who miss the Rapture will have one of two options:

Be martyred for their faith.
Take the Mark of the Beast and perish forever.

This is not speculation. This is Scripture.

“Then there was given to him a mouth speaking arrogant words and blasphemies… It was also given to him to make war with the saints and to overcome them.” Revelation 13:5,7

Those who are left behind will face a world ruled by the Antichrist. Most will not survive. Many will compromise. The cost will be eternal. Do not gamble with your soul.

Now is the time to wake up. Now is the time to throw off deception. Now is the time to run into the arms of the real Jesus—the Jesus of Scripture, the Son of God, the Savior by Grace, the soon-coming King.

A Heart Cry to the Bride of Christ

Beloved Bride of Christ, the hour is upon us. The trumpet may sound at any moment, and our Bridegroom will descend to gather His own. Yet, as you know Mormons remain deceived, following a counterfeit Christ, unaware of the impending separation.

“For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout... and the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive... will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air.” 1 Thessalonians 4 - 16-17

The Imminent HARPAZO - The Rapture of the True Church

The Scripture speaks clearly of a moment when Jesus will return to snatch away His true followers:

“In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye... the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed.” 1 Corinthians 15: 51 - 5 2

This event, the HARPAZO, is the blessed hope for those who are in Christ, saved by grace through faith.

Salvation By Grace Through Faith Alone

According to the Bible, the foundation of our hope is not in works, rituals, or human efforts, but in the unmerited favor of God:

“For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not as a result of works, so that no one may boast.” Ephesians 2:8-9

“He saved us... according to His mercy, by the washing of regeneration and renewing by the Holy Spirit.” Titus 3:5

Any doctrine that adds to this gospel is a distortion, leading souls away from the truth.

The Deception of a Counterfeit Christ

Jesus warned of false Christs and deceptive teachings:

“For many will come in My name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’ and will mislead many.” Matthew 24:5

A version of Jesus that requires works for salvation, that redefines His nature, or that leads followers away from the true gospel, is not the Jesus of the Bible. Such teachings are not just errors; they are deceptions that can lead to eternal separation from God.

The Consequences of Missing the Rapture

Jesus spoke of ten virgins awaiting the bridegroom:

“Five of them were foolish, and five were prudent... the bridegroom came, and those who were ready went in with him... and the door was shut.” Matthew 25:2, 10

Those unprepared were left behind, facing the tribulation and the wrath to come. This is not a mere delay, it's a divine judgment.

Knowing Jesus - A Relationship, Not Religion

Salvation is found in an intimate relationship with Jesus:

“This is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God and Jesus Christ whom You have sent.”  John 17:3

At the final judgment, many will claim association with Jesus, but He will declare:

"I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness.” Matthew 7:23

It's not about religious affiliation but about a genuine, transformative relationship with the Savior.

The Power and Authority in the Name of Jesus

The name of Jesus is not just a label; it embodies His nature, authority, and power.

"There is salvation in no one else; for there is no other name under heaven... by which we must be saved." Acts 4:12

Any distortion of His name or nature is a grave offense, leading many astray.

"At the name of Jesus every knee will bow... and every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord." Philippians 2:10-11

A Call to the Remnant: Prepare the Bride

As the return of Christ draws near, the true Church must rise:

Intercede fervently for those deceived, that their eyes may be opened.
Proclaim the true gospel of grace, untainted by works or false teachings.
Live in holiness and readiness, keeping your lamps filled with oil.

Let us be the wise virgins, prepared and awaiting our Bridegroom with joy and anticipation.

"Looking for the blessed hope and the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Christ Jesus." Titus 2:13

The Mormon Rebranding Campaign & Theological Disconnect from Biblical "Latter Day Saints"

Origins of the Mormon Identity - A Fabricated Legacy

Joseph Smith’s Fraudulent Foundation: The term “Latter-day Saints” originates from Joseph Smith’s 1838 rebranding of his movement as The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. This title was designed to position Mormonism as a “restoration” of the primitive Christian church, claiming continuity with New Testament believers.

However, the Bible’s use of “saints” (Greek: hagioi) refers broadly to all followers of Christ, not an institutionalized body. Smith co-opted the term to legitimize his new religion, despite no historical or theological connection to early Christianity.

The Book of Mormon’s Fictional Roots

Smith alleged it was translated from golden plates via divine means, but critics argue it borrows heavily from 19th-century sources like View of the Hebrews (a book proposing Native Americans as lost Israelites) and the King James Bible.

Anachronisms (e.g., horses, steel swords in pre-Columbian America) and DNA evidence disproving Israelite ancestry in Native populations further undermine its historicity.

The Mormon “Jesus” vs. the Biblical Christ

Nature of God: Mormons believe God the Father was once a mortal man who achieved godhood, Jesus is a separate created being, and humans can become gods—a stark contrast to the Bible’s monotheistic Trinity.

Salvation: Mormonism teaches that salvation requires works (baptism, temple rituals) alongside Christ’s atonement, rejecting the biblical doctrine of grace alone (Ephesians 2:8–9).

Afterlife: A tiered system (Celestial, Terrestrial, Telestial Kingdoms) replaces the biblical binary of heaven/hell, with exaltation to godhood as the ultimate goal.

“Saints” in Name Only

The Bible’s “saints” are sanctified believers in Christ (Romans 1:7), whereas Mormon “Latter-day Saints” are defined by loyalty to Smith’s revelations and modern prophets. This distinction highlights a deliberate theological hijacking of Christian terminology to mask heterodox beliefs.

The Rebranding Campaign - From “Mormon” to “Church of Jesus Christ”

Strategic Name Suppression: In 2018, LDS President Russell M. Nelson announced a push to abandon the term “Mormon,” emphasizing The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints instead. This shift aligns with efforts to:

Distance from Controversial History: Terms like “Mormon” evoke associations with polygamy, racial exclusion policies, and Smith’s fraudulent claims.

Appeal to Mainstream Christianity: By foregrounding “Jesus Christ,” the church seeks to obscure its unorthodox theology and present itself as part of global Christianity.

Combat Membership Decline: Pew data shows only 54% of U.S.-raised Latter-day Saints retain their faith, down from 70% in 2008 9. The rebranding aims to attract converts unfamiliar with Mormonism’s baggage.

Corporate-Style Marketing

The LDS Church operates like a multinational corporation, with a $150+ billion investment portfolio and centralized leadership.

This rebrand mirrors secular strategies to rehabilitate tarnished brands (e.g., Philip Morris → Altria)

Membership Decline: Evidence of a Failing Foundation

Stagnant Growth and Cultural Shifts

Convert Baptisms Dropping: Educated investigators increasingly uncover Smith’s fraud online, leading to fewer conversions.

Resignations Rising: Platforms like QuitMormon.com simplify record removal, accelerating departures among those disillusioned by historical lies (e.g., Kinderhook Plates hoax).

Reliance on Birth Rates

With U.S. membership growth stagnant, the church depends on high birth rates (now declining) and cultural retention. Only 37% of LDS households include children under 18, down from 49% in 2008.

A House Built on Sand

The Mormon Church’s rebranding as the “Church of Jesus Christ” is a calculated effort to mask its fraudulent origins and theological deviations. By suppressing “Mormon” and “Latter-day Saints,” leaders aim to:

Evade scrutiny of Smith’s fabricated scripture.
Mimic orthodox Christianity while retaining control via modern “prophets.”
Counteract membership loss driven by digital-era skepticism.

Yet, as Jesus warned, “Every plant that my heavenly Father has not planted will be rooted up” (Matthew 15:13). The LDS Church’s corporate rebrand cannot erase its roots in deception—a truth increasingly laid bare by scholarship, DNA science, and disillusioned members.

Lars Nielsen’s Central Thesis: Kircherisms and European Influences

Lars Nielsen’s book, How The Book of Mormon Came to Pass, challenges traditional authorship theories by introducing “Kircherisms”—anachronisms in the Book of Mormon that trace back to the works of Athanasius Kircher, a 17th-century Jesuit scholar.

Nielsen argues that elements such as the Liahona compass, references to reformed Egyptian, and the name “Mormon” derive from Kircher’s writings on topics like spiritual magnetism, ancient languages, and Mesoamerican civilizations. These details, Nielsen contends, could not have originated from Joseph Smith alone, given their specificity and alignment with Kircher’s obscure European texts.

Nielsen posits that the Book of Mormon’s creation involved a complex transmission process, possibly through manuscripts inherited or stolen, and influenced by multiple sources, including Kircher’s works and other 17th–18th-century European intellectual traditions.

Nielsen's theory undermines both the LDS Church’s claims of divine translation and the “sole-authorship” hypothesis, suggesting instead a literary hoax rooted in Enlightenment-era ideas.

Evidence of Fraud in the Book of Mormon’s Creation

Nielsen’s work aligns with broader critiques of Joseph Smith’s credibility:

Failed Prophecies and Legal Troubles: Joseph Smith faced over 30 criminal charges, including fraud for treasure-digging cons (1826) and illegal banking (1837). His 1835 prophecy of Christ’s return by 1891 failed, undermining his claims of divine authority.

Textual Borrowing: The Book of Mormon replicates King James Bible phrasing, including translational errors (e.g., Mark 16:9–20), proving reliance on 19th-century sources, not ancient records.

DNA and Archaeological Contradictions: Genetic studies disprove the Book of Mormon’s claim that Native Americans descend from ancient Israelites, while anachronisms (e.g., horses, steel swords) lack ANY archaeological support.

The Corporate Rebranding of Mormonism

The LDS Church’s shift from “Mormon” to “Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints” reflects a strategic rebranding to distance itself from its controversial history:

Financial Secrecy: The church’s $150+ billion Ensign Peak fund, exposed by whistleblowers in 2019, highlights its corporate structure and misuse of tithing funds.

Doctrinal Shifts: Abandoning polygamy (1890) and racist policies (1978) demonstrate adaptive, non-prophetic leadership.

Conclusion of Nielsen’s Work

Lars Nielsen’s book provides a compelling naturalistic explanation for the Book of Mormon’s origins, rooted in European intellectual history rather than divine revelation. The Book of Mormon’s fabrication likely involved Joseph Smith synthesizing ideas from Kircher, the King James Bible, and contemporary religious movements.

Nielsen’s research, combined with Joseph Smith’s documented frauds and the LDS Church’s financial opacity, reinforces the conclusion that Mormonism’s foundations are man-made, not God-given.

What If Jesus Walked Into the Room?

A Prophetic Encounter with the Mormon Leadership

Now imagine this:

It’s a quiet Thursday morning in Salt Lake City. The First Presidency and the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles are gathered in their private, secure boardroom—gleaming wood, golden inlays, polished suits, whispers, and reverence. They’re reviewing investment reports, tithing metrics, global projections, and rebranding campaigns. Everything is scripted. Polished. Controlled.

Suddenly—the air shifts.

The temperature rises. Light pierces through the ceiling. And in a moment, He is there. Not a feeling. Not a vision. Not a spiritual impression. But Jesus Christ—the King of Kings, the glorified Son of God—stands amid the room. His eyes burn with fire. His robe radiates light. His voice causes the walls to tremble.

He does not wait for an invitation.

He does not sit.

He walks slowly to the center of the table, and He rebukes them because He loves them.

You have taken My Name in vain.
You have wrapped yourselves in robes of false authority and claimed titles you never received from Me.
You have merchandised My gospel and franchised My Church."
You have built temples to a god I do not know and taught millions to follow a Christ I never claimed.”

Silence grips the room. Men shift uncomfortably. A few dare not look up.

You exalt a man named Joseph and call him prophet."

"But I never sent him.
I never gave him plates.
I never told him to add to My Word or to counterfeit My Church.

He lied in My Name.
And you—you upheld the lie.
You inherited deception and turned it into doctrine.”

He turns toward the walls lined with portraits of “prophets” long gone. He looks each man in the room in the eyes.

“You have denied My deity.
You have denied My cross.
You have denied My sufficiency.
You have taught My people that they must earn what I purchased in full.
You have made My blood common, My grace conditional, and My gospel void.
You preach a ladder to godhood, but I came with a cross to save you from sin.
You are not My apostles.”

Then He pauses. He leans over the table.

“This is your last warning.”

"Step down.
Renounce your fake priesthood.
Tear down your golden idol.
Return the Name of Jesus to its rightful owner.
The time of hiding is over.
The books will be opened.
And I will cleanse My Father’s house.”

And then—He turns toward the camera.

Because the meeting is being broadcast live to the Mormon people.

His countenance shifts. The eyes of fire soften into tears. His voice, still firm, is now soaked in compassion.

“My beloved ones… you have been lied to.”
“I see your efforts. I see your families. I know your love. I know your pain.
You were told you were following Me.
But I am not the brother of Lucifer.
I am not a created being.
I am not one of many gods.
I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Lamb of God, the Great I AM.
I am the Jesus of the Bible—crucified for your sin, risen for your justification, and returning soon to gather My Bride.”

He pauses.

“I never asked for secret oaths.
I never required temple rituals.
I never demanded tithes for salvation.
I only asked you to come.”

“Come to Me. All who are weary. All who are broken. All who have been deceived.
Lay down your works.
Lay down your garments of religion.
Come receive My righteousness.
I have already paid the price.
I love you."

"But I will not share My glory.
And I will not be mocked.
The time is now. The door is closing.
The Rapture is near.
Come out of Babylon and into My arms before it is too late.”

And then—He is gone.

The room is silent.

Some weep. Some rage. Some feel conviction but will still refuse to let go of the throne they were never meant to sit upon.

But in the Spirit, this scene is already unfolding. Jesus is walking into temples, into churches, into sanctuaries across the earth.

He is flipping tables. Calling sheep. Pleading with the lost. Warning the deceivers.

Will you hear Him? Or will you shut the door in His face?

Sound the Trumpet and Call the Remnant

Remnant of God, this is your moment. Prophets, sound the alarm. Evangelists preach with fire. Watchmen, lift your voice. The Bridegroom is coming, and the wise virgins must rise.

This is the hour to:

Warn those still in deception, especially those in Mormonism.
Call them out of the counterfeit church.
Plead with them in love, soaked in grace.

Invite them to the truth; Jesus is enough. Grace is sufficient. And time is running out.

We are not ashamed to get in your face, raise our voice, or weep at your doorstep. We will do whatever it takes to make sure you are not left behind.

“Now salvation, and the power, and the kingdom of our God and the authority of His Christ have come...” Revelation 12:10

Jesus is coming to take back His Name. The counterfeit will fall. The imposters will be exposed. And only those truly IN CHRIST will hear the trumpet call and rise to meet Him in the air.

Will you be ready?

Prepare your heart. Trim your lamp. Fill your jar with oil. Cling to the Name above every name.

Because when He comes, He’s not just coming for a people—He’s coming for His Bride. And He’s coming for His Name.

CALL TO THE REMNANT OF THE GREAT BASIN

To every son and daughter of the Most High in Utah, Nevada, Idaho, and beyond—The trumpet is sounding. The Bridegroom is coming. It’s time to gather.

This May and June, join us in St. George, Utah, for a holy celebration—to feast in unity, to fellowship in love, and to lift high the Name of our soon-coming King, Jesus Christ.

Bring your oil. Bring your testimony. Bring your fire. Let us break bread and proclaim together:
